This work is not merely about temporary relief, or an hour of feeling good during a session, but about developing a simple way of living that is true to yourself, deeply self-honoring and loving. You can then choose this way on your own every day.

- Availability - We can work together no matter where you are in the world. Only requirement is a connection to the internet.
- Convenience - whether you live near or far, it saves you the expense of time and travel and gives you the opportunity to enjoy the session in the privacy of your own home.
- Freedom of expression - some individuals find it easier to be more honest and open when talking over the phone or Skype rather than in person

Simply share your skype address, I add you to my directory and then I call you at the agreed upon time and date. Use of the camera is optional and your choice. Without the camera it is just like a free phone call through your computer.
